Limited Teaching Days

This year, I’m teaching only 4 days a week, which means make-up lessons will be more difficult to arrange. While I’ll do my best to accommodate, if you choose another activity on a scheduled drum lesson day, that will unfortunately count as a missed class.

However, if your child is sick, I completely understand. If they’re under the weather but still able to attend, please let me know and I’ll provide a mask and sanitize the area. If they’re too sick to come, we’ll do our best to arrange a make-up class or work something out.

Invoicing and Payments

I’ve worked hard to try and make scheduling easier for everyone, but I’ve realized that in some ways, this has made things more difficult for me. Here’s how invoicing will work moving forward:

Invoices will be sent 7 days before the start of each month, around the 25th. This gives you time to review your schedule for the upcoming month and make any necessary adjustments, such as canceling or rescheduling a class. I will then adjust your invoice accordingly.

All invoices will be due by the 7th of the month. If we’ve already discussed a different payment plan (e.g., mid-month payments), please disregard this part of the message.

Classes cancelled by me can be either e transferred back or moved to the next month. whichever works best for you.
