Brett Attig is a Vancouver Island-based drummer and educator, with a rich musical background spanning Rock, Punk, Hip Hop, Pop, and Metal. Driven by a deep passion for music, Brett is committed to continuous growth and refining his craft as both a drummer and musician. His drumming style and expertise have been shaped by notable mentors, including Mike Johnston, Carter McLean, Eddy Thrower, and Melvin Murray, each leaving a lasting influence on the drum set and his musicianship.
Currently, Brett plays with his band, Wet Future, and is an active member of the Vancouver Island music scene. He has performed and recorded with notable artists such as Sirreal ft. Blue Satellite, Chase Spencer, Baby Jane, Wise YoungBlood, Shepard, and The Distributors. In the studio, Brett has collaborated with acclaimed producers like Malcom Owen Flood and Rob “The Viking” Hooper (of Swollen Members).
